This is to notify that the fees for availing the services from the Secretariat should be made in cash if the payment is made at accounts section of the Secretariat. If the payment is made at the regional RRCO the payment receipt should be mailed at email@example.com. The payment should be made within thirty days after the payment advise has been received by the applicant.
Further, to reset the username and password of e-Zotin account an official letter addressed to Director should be submitted providing name of firm, CDB No and email. The password can also be reset by doing a forgot password if you remember the username. To track the progress of application the track application link provided at our website www.cdb.gov.bt can be used just by entering citizenship id number or application number.
