Meeting Schedule

The Board shall meet as and when necessary to deal with matters arising but shall, at least, hold a quarterly meeting every 3 months.  The Secretariat shall propose and circulate the agenda for the meeting at least one week prior to meeting except where urgent matters are to be considered.  The first meeting of each year shall, in addition to dealing with its usual business, (1) consider and approve for dissemination, the Annual Report of the CDB, prepared by the Secretariat on the basis of information received pursuant to this Manual, relating to the previous year’s  activities in the construction industry and (2) review the Secretariats annual financial statement and pass the budget proposal for the subsequent year for consideration by the Ministry of Finance.
