sirs .. i went thrugh the tender folder of ur website,hopping all the tenders that were add in kuensel would be there ... unfortunately the website is never updated and non of the tenders floated are there in ur web..please do update ur web and it will of great help if u could update the tenders weekly .... otherwise u could creat a system, so that every dept could excess the web to upload the tenders as and when required. karma , 2010-07-01
a bid does not requir to calculate bid capacity for amount less than Nu 5m for class C and these had made lot of advantages to a fresh contractor upgraded from class D, likewise is there any margin kept for class B contractor so that fresh class B & A could easily bid without need of bid capacity calculation. Bid capacity calculation would disqualify a fresh upgraded contractor of class B & A for there minimum celing also. if some one could study further. Tshering, 2010-02-02
