Arbitration Fees
There are two types of fees associated with arbitration:
Administrative Fees - these fees are paid to the CDB for administrative purposes. They are originally paid by the claimant at the time of submitting the request for arbitration. Should the claimant win the case, these fees will be reimbursed to the claimant by the losing party or parties.
- Arbitrator Fees - these fees are paid to the arbitrators for their services. The arbitrators will determine which of the parties will pay this fee, or the proportional amount of each party.
