Pending issues

Validity of CDB registration of the following Construction Firms have expired as of 31^st December 2008.  Although, application forms for revalidation have been received by the Secretariat, these have been lying pending for want of additional information or due to non-fulfillment of minimum criteria.

In this regard, as per the decision of the 44^th CDB meeting held on 15^th May 2006, Firms not meeting the revalidation criteria, as laid in the CDB Manual, shall be liable for down-gradation. Therefore, in order to avoid this, the firms listed above are requested to expedite submission of additional information or fulfill the revalidation requirements within 31^st December 2009.  Failure to meet the criteria within 31^st December 2009 will result in demotion of Class.
