ANNOUNCEMENT
To encourage professionalism and to protect the interests of the client, the Construction Development Board (CDB) shall henceforth register all consultancy firms related to construction industry who wish to provide professional services in Bhutan.
All consultancy firms related to construction Industries who wish to compete for government or corporate contracts in Bhutan are required to register immediately with CDB.
The non-registered firms shall no longer be recognized by any of the Government and corporate agencies from July 2007 for purpose of offering of consultancy services related to construction industry in the country.
For requirements, different types of consultancy services related to construction industry and guidelines for registration, kindly visit CDB's website or collect it from the CDB office.
